1. There is only one application form for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, B.Pharm., BPT, BSc. (Nursing) and Post-Certificate B.Sc. (Nursing) Courses.

2. There will be a single common entrance examination and single merit list for admission to all Under-Graduate courses.

3. An applicant can apply for all the Under-Graduate courses by submitting a Demand Draft of Rs.1,500/- provided he/she fulfils the minimum eligibility criteria specified by respective regulating council. However, if the applicant wishes to apply for one of the Under-Graduate courses other than MBBS and BDS, he/she shall submit a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- only. The same should be marked by the candidate in the specified column under 'Details of Demand Draft'.

4. The applicants submitting Demand Draft of Rs.500/- only will not be eligible for opting MBBS/BDS courses irrespective of their rank in the common merit list.


Application should ensure that:

1) He / She has signed to the Application Form at the place specified.
2) The Application Form should be duly signed by his / her parent /guardian.
3) Recent passport size photograph should be pasted in the space provided and 6 extra copies of recent passport size photographs should be attached along with the application.
4) Attested copies for SSLC/X Std, PUC/HSC/XII Std, Marks Card.
5) Xerox copy of the Date of Birth Certificate.
6) Affix Left Thumb impression in the column provided in the downloaded/ printed Application Form.
7) DD of Rs.1500/- or Rs.500/- favoring Registrar, KLE University- Belgaum.
