1. Name of the course: B.Sc. Anaesthesia Technology - Application Form
2. Preamble:
The B.Sc Anaesthesia Technology Course aimed at training students in the technological aspects of Anaesthesia care with a good scientific foundation. These students will be in a position to competently assist the Anaesthesiologists & the Surgeons, Especially in high tech Anaesthesia techniques & surgical theaters. They will be in much demand both within the country and abroad as Anaesthesia Technologists. With advanced training in the latest technologies in Anaesthesia specialty, these graduates will play an important role in determining the quality of health care provided.
3. Duration: 3Years & 6 Months Internship
4. Eligibility: A candidate who has passed the second year Pre-University Examination of Karnataka, Pre-University Board or an equivalent examination with any combination, but should have studies any of the two subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry and Microbiology.
5. Total Intake: 10 students.

7. Last date to receive (by post) down-loaded and completed application form by the University along-with Demand Draft (drawn on any nationalized Bank) for Rs-500/- favouring Registrar, KLE University, payable at Belgaum is 26th July 2008 at 5.00 PM.
8. Selection/Admissions will be based on test/interviews conducted by the KLE University, Belgaum.
9. Date for Entrance Test / Interviews is on 30th July 2008.
10. Date of commencement of the course: 1st August 2008.
