The Annual Report of the KLE University for the year 2007-08 needs to be submitted to the University Grants Commission and also to the Government of India (MHRD) immediately. You are, therefore, requested to submit the Annual Report of your Department for the year 2007-08 (from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008) on or before 25th June 2008 in the enclosed format through the respective Principals based on the similar exercise carried out while preparing the Annual Report for the year 2006-07. The format can be downloaded from the University Website. The format may be filled in and sent as email attachment to the email id info@kleuniversity.edu.in within the stipulated time.
A soft copy along-with the hard copy of the same may please be submitted to the University in the given format as Microsoft Word Document in the Verdana Font with a size of 11 points in A4 Paper size only. Steps may also be taken to avoid mistakes and to provide proper and correct information regarding the various details in the given format.
It is also brought to your kind attention that delay in submission of Annual Report will invite disciplinary action from the part of the UGC/Government. Hence, this may be treated as MOST URGENT and steps may be taken accordingly to comply with the directions without delay.
